I started out yesterday eating an abnormally low amount of calories for me. I think it was only 1100 by the time I had finished dinner. I went to boot camp at 8, but it really started at 7 so I missed it. I did work out with the weights for a while though. Then of course, we hit up Denny's around 10. It was alright because I had eaten so little through out the day, but I shouldn't have eaten after 9pm. Especially all those carbs! Awful.
228.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's a start - maybe double your fruit and cut all those treats in half - I always think "I'll save this for later" and leave things in my car - then their inedible when I go back 3 hours later for that ice cream or chicken leg! Weight loss by self-deception I call it.
