I am a 20 year old Interior Design student dealing with the stress of school, work, and a commute all the while trying to balance my boyfriend, family, and friends. I have goals and ambition, but I get frustrated when I don't get the results I was hoping for. I enjoy knitting, dancing, movies, and going for walks with my loved ones.
I'm very passionate about living organically and locally whenever possible. You are what you eat, and if you put the good things in your diet that your body needs, you will be healthier overall.
I am putting myself first while I lose this weight that has been weighing me down since the 6th grade. I want to be active and healthy again. I want to enjoy my time with friends and family. I want to be able to run around someday with kids, perhaps? Not yet, definitely, but definitely a life goal. I'm going to take one step at a time all the way to the finish line!
GOAL: By my 21st Birthday (October 23,2009) I want to have lost at least 10% of my weight. That would put me at 210 lbs.
