Well I just got done a bit ago weight lifting! I had planned on biking there BUT my front tire was FLAT! I mean REALLY FLAT! So, I just drove there instead. But I had an awesome workout! I really really pushed myself and tried to picture my old trainer Cory or Jillian Michaels standing behind me telling me to push HARDER! Sometimes when I go life weights, i don't push myself as hard as I could, but I really felt good about myself today when I did... So I jsut wanted to write down how awesome and positive and on top of the world I feel after that awesome workout so that next time if I hesitate to go or to not push, I can read this and remind myself of the good feeling to come!
