About me... Well, I've been on the weight roller coaster since I was 12. It kind of went like this, 7th grade skinny, 8th grade fat, 9th & 10th grade medium, 11th grade Very skinny, 12th grade medium, Freshman year of college, the Freshman 30! And so on and so on... and right now I'm the heaviest I've ever been.... by 20 lbs. BUT, while some say it was unfortunate, I found it a stroke of good luck that I got laid off last week because now I have all the time in the world to exercise! I'm going to try to get in an hour or two of intense exercise and then do a bunch of moderate stuff like taking long walks and leisurely biking. I'm just so sick of looking so puffy in my clothes. I wish I didn't care and could just be happy and fat but.... it doesn't work like that. The skinny girl inside me wants to get out again. She's like, "Bitch lemme outta here!"
NEW GOAL: 160 by October 11th,.... (today is June 29th) I KNOW that's a big goal and means I'd have to lose a pound every other day, but I've got a lot to lose and the bigger you are the faster it comes off. plus I've got nothing else to do this summer besides write my screen play and exercise, so, I feel like I have a golden opportunity, best not to waste any time!
