Yesterday was a pretty good day...for a Saturday. Worked all day on Storm Drain Design. Good breakfast, good lunch, burger for dinner and chips while playing games. Soccer starts today, that should help me get through this weekend without the customary 5lb+ gain.
202.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
