Even though I am eating extremely well and doing a lot of exercise it is getting harder and harder to lose anymore weight. I think I have about 5-7 lbs to go, but they seem to be the hardest to lose. What I will remind myself is that I feel fit, the best I have actually felt in years, and have lost a huge amount of fat. I think I really need to get my body fat % checked to determine how much weight I really need to lose as I am just guessing in regards to the 5-7 lbs. My ultimate goal is about 167 lbs based on various charts and the BMI which I know is not totally accurate if you carry more muscle on your body. Anyway even though I have not reached my ideal weight yet I am still very happy with all the hard work and discipline I have put into it and the fact that I have had to tighten my belt quite a bit.
