Day 13 on the Whole30 diet. Feeling good, think I lost some weight. Clothes are looser. Can't weigh in until 30 days are up. No calorie counting apparently is needed. Just eat whole foods. No Sugar or Preservatives. Surprised how many condiments have sugar. Also no reactive foods dairy, beans & legumes. There are some items you can have but are limited (lists are on www.whole30.com). Eating a lot of vegetables and lean protein.

I may have to check that out to see if it's safe for diabetics. Best of luck to you on your journey.

It is a diet recommended for diabetic's, liver disease and a bunch more ailments. Started the Whole30 to support my mom, who is currently struggling with a fatty liver (Maybe first stage of liver disease. The diet is based on the Paleo Diet but is a little more striker. On their websites they have free pdf's of the diets guild lines. Most current forms are in the easy to download Zip File. Yes and day 30 with be the 24th - weighing in on the 25th in the morning :)
