I have a great trainer that i see once a week. I go to the gym 3 x a week. I want to go 5 times but lacking commitment. Will make it my goal this week. Gym on Sunday Monday Tues, Wed and thursday. Then I can take weekend off.

You can do this !!! I am struggling with carbs I find myself picking at carbs again I plan to drink a cup of tea ever time I feel the urge then I'll be too full to eat
