Today I go for my fitness evaluation and body fat percentage. I am really looking forward to this! I want a routine that was constructed for me, not the execise routine that Planet Fitness prescribes to every customer. I want someone to show me all the machines and floor exercises. When I got the "classes" from Planet Fitness, they do not show any mat exercises and did not go near the cable towers or weights.
Tonight is also Body Pump night., The hemmrhoids seem to be firmly at bay, so I am going to attempt to get into tonight's class. I am so looking forward to being so sore this weekend I can barely move! 3 weeks of no gym has really got me itching to go. I have done some outdoor running, and I did do some cardio on my treadmill at home (crappy as it is), but no where near enough to keep the waistline from expanding.
8 days until my son's wedding, 6 days until the in-laws fly in. Our house looks wonderful! Last weekend we painted the dining room, front room and entry hall. I don't know if we will have time to paint the bedroom hall or guest bath...baby duty Friday and Saturday.

Mamma, I know you will enjoy the trainer. I loved and still love learning new exercises and getting my percentages measured. I'd recommend body measurments (chest, arms, legs, wasit, hips, etc) so you can tell really how many inches you've lost after starting the trainer. Let us know how it goes, I think you'll be pleasantly surpised.

I hired a personal trainer once before a few years back. I didn't see any progress, but that was 100% my fault. I wasn't tracking meals, and I wasn't measuring portions. God only knows how many calories I was consuming.
