holy hell I am such an idiot!!! I had planned a good day of eating low carb and was on track for the morning. Then boyfriend's dad came for a visit and took us out to Golden Coral. boy did I eat!!! I knew better than do that but did it anyway. what an idiot i really am! HUGH carb and calorie count!!!! and now paying for it with terrible acid reflux. it hurts and I have hurt my body and dieting efforts again. can't seem to deal with going out to eat and staying on track. at this point in my life i end up out a lot with people feeding me. Sounds like a good thing but it has it's drawback....ugh.

We all do that at some point. Sometimes it's just really hard, lol! Just get back on plan and keep going. You will be fine.
