Just got back from the gym. I hate when the high school kids just sit on the circuit machines and talk. I was by myself today so I didn't feel like asking them to move. I used the cardio equipment instead, but was looking forward to some strength training today. Oh well.
My sister and her family left today. We did go out for pizza Friday, But I only had one piece. Hooray. Yesterday I did really good until dinner, which originally consisted of popcorn at the movies and then when we got home they were roasting marshmellows and had cooked out, so I was so hungry I grabbed a hot dog and made a smore. I still burned over 700 extra calories yesterday, so I'm good.
Tonite I'm grilling pizza. YUM. I'm using a whole wheat dough with hummus as the base, roasted garlic, black olives and herbed goat cheese. With a drizzle of balsamic. I'm also having a nice big spring greens salad.
The weekend could have been much worse...food wise. : )
