Weighed in this morning. Yes the scale was down but not as much as I thought it would be. I'm not discouraged just disappointed I guess. Well a new week to begin and I will continue one.
165.9 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
