Started at 200...down to 172! Feeling great about it but wishing with the the changes I've made the scale would move faster!I ran 1.26 miles on Sat and Sun this weekend! I have never been able to run in my life! I know it was just a mile but for me that is huge! Even when I was 120 ponds I couldn't run. So I'm on the right track. Keep it up!!!1
