Worked hard this past week. Elliptical twice a day, everyday and walked 1.4 miles on Tuesday and Wednesday I was hoping for better results but I will take anything at this time.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
