I have been over weight since about 1995. I never really thought it was a problem until about 2010 when I hit around 250 pounds. I am 5'9. male. and my wife and I knew we needed to do something. Finally at the beginning of 2013 we really took it serious (or so I thought). since then my wife has lost and kept off over 45 pounds. I had lost 23 pounds but have since found 12.5 of them. That was on Jan 2, 2015. I now have an Elliptical machine in my family room and have no reason to not use it. I have been using it twice a day Monday - Thursday, once a day on Friday and Saturday and take a brake on Sunday. My diet has changed to way more fruits and vegetables, very limited red meat, more Turkey, Chicken and fish. and have cut down the alcohol intake.
