Weird how the numbers go up and down all willy nilly sometimes. Scale seems to think I lost about 2.5 pounds from yesterday. I know it's not feasible, but I was amused anyway.

I tried really hard yesterday to eat fat. Sounds crazy I know. But I had to purposefully try to find fats to eat! So far this morning, on the same agenda and it's going. I will be very interested in seeing what the numbers say tomorrow!

Okay here is the sciatic stretch. I thought I had it in a book but could not find the page. Luckily I found it online: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PqvXv1Lb9xE http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=1605509061744262051# The first video or the stretch done on the floor is the one I do. I do it 2x a day for 2 miniutes each side. After a week and a half no more pain. My scaitic would sometimes hurt my back and sometimes my hip and sometimes my upper leg and thigh. I know several people that swear by this. I hope this helps you lots!
