4 pounds lost since Wednesday. Actually, in the past 2 days. Not sure what to attribute it, too. Bad thing is I am terribly dehydrated, which could explain it. I'm trying to drink as much water as I can, but don't know when I will be hydrated again.

I think I've been doing well with only getting carbs from veggies, with the exception of last night when I ate some marinara sauce and low carb pasta. But still, I was down 2.2 lbs from yesterday. I am going to try to keep this up for the next 2 weeks, while adding exercise tomorrow.

At this rate though, I would love to be down another 4 pounds by next Wednesday, I don't it as actually happening, but it's a happy thought though. I'd have better luck getting mosquitos bites taking the dog for a walk.

I think I will try to enter some more weights to provide a more historical view, but get ready, it goes up and down more than a roller coaster and is not nearly as much fun. Although I will say, it raises my blood pressure on the ups and exhilarates me on the downs, very much like the roller coaster.

About to take a nap now before trying to get some more house cleaning done. Oh how fun! Later I plan on taking it to the pool, only problem is yesterday I noticed the pool was packed. With whom, I'm not sure, probably not residents. Wouldn't really be a problem except our pool is so small and has walking room narrower than a cat walk. And that's for skinny models. Need I say more?
