I don't really want to make an entry today, but if I start skipping this early in the game, I'll more than likely quite altogether & I am really finding this useful. I told myself that I was going to wait a week to weigh this time & it's was hard to not get on the scale this morning. Ugh! I am having a bit of trouble feeling fine today. The weather is too nice here & all I want to do is get out in it! Can you believe it? January, and our high here in Oklahoma is supposed to be 80 degrees. And I'm stuck at work. :o( Oh well, I get off at 3:30 & will have time to enjoy then. Maybe take a really nice walk! Hmmmm. Good idea.
