Diet went to hell yesterday. I ate clean food, but calories were over. Gained 2 lbs. I haven't worked out in 3 days now because we have been busy trying to raise funds for the Avon 39 mile Walk to End Breast Cancer. We found 3 bars willing to have the Biker's 4 Boobies and Hot Rod's 4 Hooters Fun Run! Otherwise, it didn't go well. No one is even interested in buying a T shirt to save the tata's.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Man I know how those free for all days go. Tomorrow's weigh in day and I had a free for all day I'm worried about. Oh well always just need to get back on the bus.

Bad part here living in South Dakota is limited to amount of exercise you can get in. Living in a town of 325 you have no gym or rec center so you hope the weather is nice enough to get outside and walk. Been in low 20's and 30's at night so been pretty nice for getting outside.
