189 WOW can't believe it...2 more pounds and I will have lost 30 pounds since I started my weight loss journey this year. AMAZING how far I have come - really starting to believe that I can do it and I'm worth the effort. My journey is not just about food intake it is also about self discovery, learning to love myself and feel that I am worth it!!
Now I just have to start exercising and with my recent foot problems - walking, running and cardio is out for a while. This is only a minor set back I will not let this keep me from my goals. Just another challenge to over come - but I can do it!!
Have a GREAT day - only 1 more day then we have a long weekend.

Isn't Atkins amazing! You are doing such a great job, almost 30 pounds - that is a lot of change. Too bad about the foot problems, me too. I have been swimming this last month because of my foot injury. I hope you have a great weekend!
