Another 1/2 pound down. :) It feels so good to see that scale number moving down again. Ready for some coffee this morning. Also getting the stitches out today!! Woot! Really looking forward to being able to get my foot wet, and wear a regular shoe. ^.^ And WALKING!! Woot!

254.5 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1598 kcal Fat: 46.88g | Prot: 107.46g | Carb: 198.92g.   Breakfast: whole milk, sugar, coffee, whole wheat pancakes. Lunch: light pringles orginal, arby's regular roast beef. Dinner: great value sharp cheddar cheese, ole high fiber torilla, sweet onion, baby carrots, pork tenderloin. Snacks/Other: powder sugar, athenos, Roasted Mocha, mixed nuts, frozen yogurt. more...

That's absolutely amazing Jada! Losing weight without any exercise is really hard!

Thanks Kendra and Brandy!! :D I did get some exercise all along, and on average have burned between 2800-3000 calories. One day was just shy of 4000 calories. O.O I've just tried to stay active all through out the day, instead of getting some heavy duty sweating exercise in via walking/workouts. Seems to have worked out well. My 2yr old keeps me on my toes as well.
