Stomach is better, throat and head not so good.
167.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1378 kcal Fat: 97.65g | Prot: 81.75g | Carb: 47.73g.   Breakfast: Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, half half, butter. Lunch: breakfast sausage johnsonville, mild provolone, roast beef boars head, eggs. Dinner: cole slaw mix, green olives pimentos, baby greens with herbs, yellow pepper. Snacks/Other: flax oat bran whole wheat pita, atkins strawberry shake, strawberries, atkins coconut bar, emerald mixed nuts. more...
