I'm in a good place. I've finally ended a month of cheating on my WOE. It was tough breaking out of that cheating mode. I entered into a fat fast and it was challenging to adhere to the 4 days. I broke the fast on day 3, but since I only broke the fast and didn't actually cheat with bad foods I jumped back in and finished the fast. I lost 3.8 lbs. :) That was great news. I've regained 1.2 lbs. Its a little more regain than I wanted, but its to be expected.

My husband agreed to fast with me so Monday (After 3 days of feasting on rich induction foods) we will Egg fast for four days. I'm so excited. My lowest weight was 202... I'm not far away from that... its takes a while to drop lbs for me.. but I'm excited. I'm in a good place, in control and not cheating. I feel happy.
