Ugh! My TOTM is killing me with my food choices! My sodium and fat have been high for the past few days. The calories are okay, but I would prefer them to be even better.. lol Now I have to go bake chocolate chip cookies for the kid for school tomorrow. *sigh* I hope I can refrain from indulging too much!

No worries Pretty face - just record the calories and eat healthy today... I had cake on Monday... and then had a fabulous Tuesday, so it's all a matter of balance. If you can never have cookies again, life will be torture, it's all a matter of finding the balance that works for you! And soon you'll be under 310! That's so awesome!!
