Resisted the urge to get on the scale this morning. Was going to take the dog for a walk last night (to add a bit of a activity to my exercise journal) but it was hot and sticky and looking like rain, and I figured he'd just get overheated. Should have/could have pulled out my Wii Fit and done something while watching TV but didn't. So...my Buddy Dallas beat me on our weigh-in, although I was comparing my new weight, on my new scale, against my old weight, on my very old and undoubtedly unreliable scale. So I will patiently wait until next Monday to see where I am at! Congrats to Dallas on her 2.5 lb. weight loss :)
