did really well all day, healthy dinner ac McDonalds on my way to pool(grilled chicken snack wrap and grilled chicken salad)... didn't have any drinks at pool... then I got home around 11:15...

I watched the end of the NPA Playoff game and just ate... pasta salad, 3 ice cream sandwiches, and an ice cream bar... I didn't drink any water at pool and by the time i got home I was really thirsty, could that be a part of it?
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
