Ok, so I need to own this. Yesterday SUCKED diet wise. We went out to a Chinese Buffet, and I ate like a cow. I also ate like a cow today.. two bowls of noodles with alfredo sauce , 2 veggie burgers and a double scoop of peanut butter ice cream. I don't know if it is because I've been feeling miserable or what, just ICK. I don't even know if i want to begin to track today. The best I can do I guess is start fresh tomorrow, right?

*sigh* at self.

Just let it go. One of the worst things we can do is that negative self-talk. One bad day won't hurt. I've learned to pick it up from where I'm at and keep moving. All we have it *right now* anyway. You can do this!

Njallen23 took the words out of my mouth! Don't get down on yourself... and don't track today if you don't want to! Start fresh tomorrow. We all have our bad days!

"Okay - so you promised yourself but you haven't followed through. It happens to all of us. BEGIN AGAIN. Love yourself through it. You can do this." {My fav quote}

I think everyone said it, just let it go - a couple of days off the plan isn't really going to hurt anything. I went from 230 down to 180 the first time I tried and I counted calories only 5 days a week. The other two days a week I just did whatever I wanted to take the pressure off and I still dropped and I still lost 50 pounds in a year. It does not matter to go off a couple of days.

Thanks so much all. I am just so flustred because Ive been GREAT about counting calories for almost two months now and have only lost 4 pounds. I'm feeling frustrated and confused. I will definitely keep at it though!

We definitely all fall and stumble. I fell off the wagon for months. But I do believe you have to have the right mind set to stick to it. I kept trying to start back and would fail the same day because my mind was not set. So I waited and now my mind is back where it should be. It says "do it, get it done, summer is coming I CAN DO THIS" I am ready!!

I Know the feeling and what you’re going though, I to had a hard time getting back on track, I found this product it’s a natural supplement called Forskoline, I take two, one in the morning 30 minutes before eating, and one at 30 minutes before your dinner. This will curve your cravings and help from over doing it at the troff. I added using fresh Turmeric root in my diet this has help me drop a pound a day. I have been using it for six weeks now and had no problems with it. This might help get you back on track. IF YOU CAN DREAM IT YOU CAN DO IT!!!
