Wednesday update - late entry - Tony's Nonna in Italy passed away Tuesday morning. I took a bereavement day yesterday. I had two buns iwth deli meats and cheese and a beer for lunch. Dinner we had raost pork, mashed potatoes, carrots, salad, corn, and chicken rice and veg soup. I did not get on the treadmill. Back on track today!
