Wednesday update - late entry -
Tony's Nonna in Italy passed away Tuesday morning. I took a bereavement day yesterday. I had two buns iwth deli meats and cheese and a beer for lunch. Dinner we had raost pork, mashed potatoes, carrots, salad, corn, and chicken rice and veg soup. I did not get on the treadmill. Back on track today!

Sorry for your loss, ... It is a sad time and if comfort food is what helps it's ok, you always can get back on track which you have posted and continue with your journey..you know you can do it and have great success...
