Gym bag is in the car from yesterday, ready to go today after work.

Surprised that my dinner last night was just 404 calories. Roasted cauliflower, green peppers and mushrooms: basil chicken sausage (sprouts store made), and bucatti pasta (closest I found was the rigatoni) with butter and fresh grated parmesan. Yummy! the sausage was amazing, I have 2 more. I felt too stuffed.

Will add the leftover cauliflower mix to my "instant" soup. Basically veggies, a pre-cooked grain, some beans in a container add stock and microwave for lunch.

Dinner sounded really good! I like how you incorporate your leftovers into your lunch the next day. My leftovers wind up on Hubby's lunch. I need to start making more so I have lunch too. :) Hope you get a good workout today.

I've been eating what seems like all day, just sort of a day to much things , I guess. I rarely do that, I more forget to eat. At least almost all healthy and not a huge amount if calories. Good workout.

Buffy, glad to see you back. I'm often behind... my tablet won't let me change to buddies fir recent posts. I do it when I get a chance at work. Work out was good, still trying to build back up as I've been pretty sporadic and missed a number of weeks..took my 13 yo triplet grandsons ice skating, grammas ended up on her butt pretty hard once, 'twas not nice to the body. ;) soup was good too.
