Weighed in 182.6 yesterday ,got over excited and ate some junk food overnight and a bit of extra chicken today at lunch.Hoping to burn that off by doing a lengthy cardio or something tonight.Have some party's coming up this weekend which is sure to unbalance my calorie count.Hoping for the best.
182.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
