Increased my water yesterday, and will probably do ok today since I'll be outside in the sun and will definitely drink more. I've realized how easy it is to eat a lot of calories; have to keep reminding my self that in this stage of Atkins, Induction, I do not need to be counting the calories, but I find it's helpful to see what I'm actually consuming. It's a fine balance between eating too much and not enough. Right now I need to get my head off the calories in/calories out theory, and just count my net carbs, realizing that will have to change later.
