Well week 2 wasn't a complete success as I did gain.4, but most week two diets are not a good week. I did increase my walking to 2 miles at 2.5 but my foot hurts if I go faster so I will have to try to push through it as much as I can. My left elbow hurts when I do weights, so again I will have to push through and ignore the pain. DON'T STOP NOW, KEEP GOING!!!!!!
149.7 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
