I just completed the HELL challenge. It was great- very challenging and fun (when it was completed!!). I'm working up a sweat just thinking about it. Glad hell is over but I will use the excercise guidelines to kick my workouts up a notch!

you did it already! congrats! I won't have time during the day, so I plan to do it after work. how did it take you to complete the 1000? are you more tired than after your regular workout?

It took a little less than an hour (maybe 50 minutes including water breaks). I am more tired because I am not accustumed to this much strength work, I am a cardio queen. It is managable but challenging. I broke it up into halfs putting easier for me excercises with two challenging ones. I got that set out of the way then i did the next four excercises. I cut each in half and did do sets (if that makes any sense. Instead of doing 200 sumo squats in a row i did 100 then did 100 lunges, 100 sumos, 100 lunges. It was continuous workout but not all of one excercise at once.It was more managable for me that way. I struggled with the 100 double drops the most. I did those in sets of 25. While the burpees were not fuin 50 is managable.

wow! you did the 50 burpees in a row! this one I know I only manage 25 at the time. and I'm gonna ask you another question, (I asked already divided) how do you breath during the burpees? breating is my main issue for this exercise, I know I could do better if I had the proper way to breath. thank you so much molly for answering my (too many??) questions!
