Hi! My name is Molly and I just completed my eighth marathon. It was on my birthday and was very fun, well as fun as a marathon can be!! I am now keeping on my training diet and excercise regime while I start to prepare for my next marathon in aug. then on to the NYC marathon in November.
As for my diet, I have to make sure I get enough protein and carbs to fuel my long workouts. I am on a lowfat, high fiber, high protein diet that includes good carbs. The calorie intake needs to be high to maintain my excercise regimine and energy level.
