ha ha...now that I'm beginning to have more buddy's on here...I hate posting when I've gained weight!!
ugggh...as I have said before I'm really only looking to loose about 5 pounds (5.6 to be EXACT for today) and then I really want to start exercising again to tone up a bit. So I'm not really too concerned about how much I weigh...I just know that I feel at my best when I eat decently AND exercise.
Just haven't been in the mood to do any exercise at all and I've been wanting to eat nice warm, comfort food as of late due to the cold weather.
AND...I'm a drinker (mostly beer) or mimosas or captain & diet, see where that is heading LOL....that doesn't help me out at all!!!! But hey, we all have our vices, right?!!?!
Anyways I've been bad every which way the last 2 days...so it reflected in my weight today.
I'll try again tomorrow!

Have a great day everyone!!!
130.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That's a good part of the reason I ALWAYS post my weight on Fridays no matter if it's a gain or loss, but I do only post losses throughout the week. Gotta keep it real lol, to be honest I started feeling bad looking at others' weight histories, and some of them never gained! Well then I'm thinking (wrongly) "Oh there must be something wrong with me because I gain sometimes..." Truth was we all gain at times and those who have flawless weight histories just choose not to share the gain, which is ok for them, but for me like I said I gotta keep it real. So kudos for keeping it real!! :)

Yup, we all gain, no shame in it. Would be wonderful if it was a straight trip down in weight but it just doesn't happen that way. Keep it up, you'll make your goals.

Hello Debbie Just read your latest entry. I weigh myself as infrequently as possible so my bad diet days don't register on the scales. Christmas was a massive hurdle with all that lovely seasonal food on offer. But I've lost some weight since last October. Left home at 06.15 this morning heading for work in Runcorn, Cheshire; a journey of some 25 miles. The temperature was 25deg Fahrenheit and the roads were like glass. An hour and a half of traffic chaos greeted me before I arrived at my work place. If frustration causes weight loss then I am at least ten pounds lighter. How cold is "Cold in California"? How I envy you!!! Keep happy and live every day to the full. Jim
