Day one done. Only drawback today was a terrible headache but I knew that was coming...caffeine withdrawals. No problems with food cravings or being hungry. I do know I need to work on my water consumption.

Every journey starts with the first step. Question, why caffeine withdrawal? Coffee doesn't have calories, why cut it out completely?

I know its not a soda but try a cup of flavored tea without sugar or with a splenda. Will help with the withdrawl and it helps cleanse the system and start a better digestive process. Green or Black is best mixed with a mango or orange or honey flavor. Im still fighting it myself after a week. And I hate drinking water. Only seen to drink it when Im at work. I got to work on it too
