Okay today I'm a little hungry.

Protein will help that. But I'm a bad example. I don't get enough.

I also found that when I upped the lean protein, I lost the hungries.....

I was too and had so many opportunities to cheat but I didn't. I even sat in car to theater practice with my 11 year old eating Sonic but I knew better, got a diet soda instead. Eating late tonight but it is tuna fish and I need the protein.

yep, some days are like that. Drink a glass of water and wait 15 minutes, then my philosophy is if you are still hungry, 'tis better to eat a little healthy snack than to binge later.
