Just returned to working out after a 2 week layoff. Was out of work recovering from my 4th shoulder surgery. Didn't do a lot of calorie counting and was a little loose in what I ate. Caused me to add some weight. Goal is 178 - 182
208.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
