I am so excited to think that this could very well be the last week of my life when I weigh over 170 lbs. It can seem so slow to lose all this weight, but then again, when I consider over how many years I put it on, I guess it really is relatively fast. And again, the key is keeping it off, but I think I am getting to know how I am going to do that. I will want to protect my investment!
Meanwhile, I had my annual physical last week and, show-off that I am, I printed out my awesome weight history chart, so that when my doctor commented on my having lost almost 25 lbs., I could demonstrate that I am not on some crazy fad diet, but a long and responsible journey towards better health and increased quality of life in the long run.
I do love the weight history chart here; it is one of my very favorite tools here. It demonstrates where I have been, and that I am moving, overall, in the right direction. Good luck to me this week, and every future week, and to any of my fellow travelers who might chance to read these lines.
