I'm so frustrated, I'm not really doing a diet, but I've cut back on a lot of things for over a month now when I found out my cholestorol was high, AND I started at the gym 2 weeks ago and go for 1.5-2 hours for 2+ weeks 4x a week and I didn't even loose 1/2lb!!!

If you are not tracking your food, you can still be overeating. Studies show people underestimate the amount of food we eat by 30 to 40%. So even though you are exercising, if you are taking in more than you burn off, you may not lose. Another thing is to look at your clothes. Do they feel more loose? The exercise can help lose fat and tone you up, but it really needs to be accompanied by a healthy diet. It's great you have started cutting back though. You might try to google one of those calorie calculators to give you some guideance on proper caloric intake for your body (shape magazine site has a decent one). Try to stay away from processed type foods (too much sodium) and eat as natural as possible. Good luck!
