Started primal/paleo in april of 2010, @ around 133-135. lost close to 15 lbs, and have held at 120 +/- 2lbs for a year. Started college in Oct of 10, and have had steadily increasing stressors, along with less time to cook. have started nomming junk - want accountability and a visual on what i'm eating, so I can maintain the weight loss, and also try to increase muscle mass.
