I have been eating better and going to the gym a bit more. Less walking due to the cold weather but still! I have been trying to eat more protein and very little processed. Feeling discouraged. :(
163.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Comments 
Kick out simple carbs and salty stuff, they will make you retain water so even though you maybe even lost some fat you could see a gain on the scale. Losing weight will take time, just give it your best and you will see results.
