Ok, I peeked at scale because tomorrow 5/16, I start cruise phase. How about 184!!! Lowest I've been in YEARS. Only 10 days, and a solid 5 pounds. Never once felt hungry, and ate absolutely all I wanted. Dukan is amazing so far.
