This is kind of deceptive as I don't weigh in often enough. I was up to 243 on New Year's day so I actually dropped 5 pounds this week. Very dedicated diet and exercise this week. I hope I keep it up.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
