Went to a dinner show last night with family including my oldest grandson, had a great time - the show was Mary Poppins and think he enjoyed it. He's 9 years old and was a handsome young man with pin striped pants, vest, and a tie. My wife took a picture, I may post it just to show him off. Way too much food but enjoyed that also, at least I ate very little prior to dinner. Taking down Christmas lights today outside and hoping to be able to watch some of the Cowboy's game, not that I'm a fan of theirs. Finishing up some of the food leftover from New Years day so I'll be over my RDI again today but will do my time on the exercise bike to make up in part. Tomorrow the new year starts for me in terms of focusing on getting to my weight goal.
