30 minutes on Wii Fit doing yoga, aerobics, and strength training. 15 minutes doing Wii's My Fitness coach! She had me doing every thing from lunges, leg lifts, crunches, planks, side steps, etc... Can you say SWEAT! Goodness!! I thought I was gonna need a crane to get me back upstairs! Whew!
