30 minutes on Wii Fit doing yoga, aerobics, and strength training. 15 minutes doing Wii's My Fitness coach! She had me doing every thing from lunges, leg lifts, crunches, planks, side steps, etc...
Can you say SWEAT! Goodness!! I thought I was gonna need a crane to get me back upstairs! Whew!

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 June 2009:

That sounds great, good work. I think I promised myself a Wii when I get down to 300 but I probably need to promise myself a new apartment cause I'd scare the neighbors plus they nosey anyway lol. More incentive to eventually get a house.
