Can hardly wait to see you losing weight this year! If you are going to Walmart to get that popcorn chicken, you might want to opt for the rotisserie chicken instead. Keep it in the fridge at work and tear off what you want for lunch. It will help raise your protein and lower your carbs and fat from the breading.
