Hello all!!! Hope everyone had a lovely Xmas and managed not to overdo it too much lol. I don't know how, but I managed to keep away from all the Xmas cookies, brownies, candy, eggnog, etc. My only indulgence was to eat a normal size Xmas dinner consisting of turnkey, sweet potato (without any butter), stuffing and cranberry sauce along with 2 (I know, should have been 1) Pillsbury Grand buscuits (also without butter). :) My reward was a 2.4 lb loss this week!!! As you can imagine, I am thrilled and it makes up for missing out on all the goodies. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year to come with good health and achievement of your goals. It is so exciting for me to know that I am within 13 lbs of achieving my first 100 lb loss and can then start the second leg of this journey. Love to all!!
