third time in a week wen to a food gathering of pastries all yummy looking and carb loaded, sipped some coffee, it was haaaarrrddd!!
168.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1330 kcal Fat: 114.33g | Prot: 53.24g | Carb: 36.40g.   Breakfast: butter,  coffee grounds, MIM Muffin in a Minute, heavy whipping cream, vegetable oil. Lunch: fully cooked bacon, eggs, cabot chedder cheesecheddar cheese cabot. Dinner: black olives, vadalia onion, zucchini, yellow pepper. Snacks/Other: whipped cream, flax oat bran whole wheat pita, Jell-O Sugar Free. more...
