Went to dr today for weigh in follow up, down to 207 on doctor scale, 205 at home in am. highest weight was 215 at home and at dr office. so at home scale, lost 10 lbs, on dr scale, lost 8 lbs. next appt w/doctor is 19 Jan, mynext goal is to be under 200 at my next appt on her scale.Have t get thru the holidays first, then really work hard, extra time at the gym to switch up my workout, need to do more machine/weight training, want to try the new treadmill at the gym and work on the elipitcal.
